About the Event

After a murder-suicide in 2018, reporter Roxanna Asgarian (We Were Once a Family) spent years investigating the troubled foster care system in Texas and in the United States. A riveting narrative and indictment of a system that continues to fail America’s most vulnerable children while upending the lives of their families.
