About the Event

How do you take yourself seriously without taking everything super seriously? Jenny Lawson (How to Be Okay When Nothing Is Okay: Tips and Tricks That Kept Me Alive, Happy, and Creative in Spite of Myself) and Lucie Frost (How the Hell Did I Not Know That?: My Midlife Year from Couch to Curiosity) will share stories and laughter and will talk about what to do when you’re maybe not doing okay. These books are honest and forgiving guides to staying curious, creative, and okay, even in difficult times. This session will be a reminder that we are not alone (but no pressure).
