Writing workshop for teens ages 13-18!
The San Antonio Book Festival is proud to partner with Barrio Writers, a creative writing program founded in Santa Ana, California, to offer a college-level writing seminar for teens during the 5th annual SABF on April 8.
The workshop is free and open to teens ages 13-18. Space is limited to 25 people and advance registration is required. The one-hour workshop will be hosted by writer and BW Program Director Leticia Urieta and is aimed at empowering teens through creative writing, higher education, and cultural arts. It will also include a time for writing and reflection as well as the opportunity to get published on the Barrio Writers blog page.
