Henry Cisneros
Henry Cisneros was the mayor of San Antonio from 1981 to 1989 and served as the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development during the Bill Clinton administration from 1993 to 1997. He is the coauthor of The Texas Triangle: An Emerging Power in the Global Economy and The Austin–San Antonio Megaregion: Opportunity and Challenge in the Lone Star State. He is cofounder and chairman of New York City–based American Triple I and part owner of New York City–based Siebert Williams Shank & Co. He lives in San Antonio, Texas.
